I realise it’s been quite some time since our last post but most of you are on Facebook these days or we see you on a regular basis. For anyone that doesn’t fit into either of those categories, I’m sorry and that’s why I’m doing this post.
Last week my family (Me, Adrian, Ella, Katharine, Steve, Patrick, Mum, Dad & Eenie) all went to Palm Beach for a week and stayed in a nice big house. There were 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a pool room, kids play room, wii games and a nice pool. Although the house wasn’t perfect and the real estate was an absolute pain to deal with, the main thing was being all together for a holiday. The house was great in that both the lounge and dining areas were big enough to cater for us all.
The kids had a ball playing with each other and going for a swim most days, while the adults spent their time doing ‘nothing’ – reading, playing games etc. We had a few ‘adventures’ – out for lunch, feeding the birds at Currumbin Sanctuary, ten pin bowling and a visit from Aunty Vi (my great Aunt, Eenie and Dad’s Aunt) and Sue (Vi’s daughter).
There’s not a lot to tell other than that we had a lovely week together and that I’ve posted a selection of my favourite photos on the blog 🙂
